Formerly our milking parlour, we have lovingly transformed it into large luxury single story boutique style self-contained accommodation.

The Old Dairy sleeps up to twelve people in five bedrooms, all with their own or en suite shower and bath rooms.  The large designer kitchen / dining room furnished with high quality appliances and the opulent lounge with wood burning stove make this the ideal destination for one night or a longer stay.

Family and friends gathering, birthday celebration, weddings. You can book individual rooms or have complete exclusive use. The bride can use The Old Dairy as a base to get ready for her big day and The Paddy Shant is ideal for the wedding night.

We are ideally placed for The Bells of Peover, Tabley House, Leicester Warren Hall, Tatton Park, Colshaw Hall, The Oak Tree of Peover, Arley Hall, St Oswalds, National Trust and the Knutsford area.

The Paddy Shant

In addition we have our lovely little cottage ‘The Paddy-Shant’ in the field beyond The Old Dairy. This can be rented together with the Old Dairy or on its own.

It is often chosen by the bride and groom so they can have total privacy. More recently it has also become increasingly popular with anyone wanting a stress-free get-away.

It is self-contained with open plan kitchen and lounge with a log burning stove. The oversized tetrad sofa is a great place to sit, relax and take in the view through the bi-folding doors which run along one wall. The bedroom has a King Size four poster bed. The bathroom is floor the ceiling slate with a bathtub at one end and double shower at the other.
