To Visit

We are close to Chester with its impressive roman walls, famous zoo (with the new Islands attraction), horse racing course and historic buildings. Also Manchester with its theatres, galleries, museums, fabulous shopping and The Lowry. Manchester airport is a 20 minute drive. The National Trust has a plethora of houses, gardens and parks to visit in our immediate area.
Closer to home we have Tatton Park, Tabley House, Dunham Massey, Arley Hall, Jodrell Bank, Colshaw Hall, Oulton Park, Delamere Forrest, The Lion Salt Works and Anderton Boat Lift.
Activities

You can walk from the Old Dairy around a number of footpaths. We are even on the ordinance survey so there is no excuses for getting lost.
Cycling around here is a joy – none of those steep hills just flat quiet lanes. We can also provide storage for you cycles overnight if required.
There are a number of good golf clubs in the area; Mere Golf and Country Club, Heyrose, and Woodside are all within ten a minute drive.
Go Ape in Delamere Forest. Check out the children’s (and adult) activities taking place in Delamere Forest, a quick drive down the A556 which is quick and convenient to get to.
Eating Out

The choice is impressive. Knutsford has an array of eateries Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Spanish and English.
More Locally there is The Bells of Peover, Three Greyhounds, Golden Pheasant, Crown Inn, and Smoker all serve a good standard of delicious good quality food at varying prices. We keep an eye on what is happening locally food wise and can offer recommendations if needed.
